ISΔP designed these landmark residential towers located at the confluence of two golf courses - the 9-hole and the 18-hole golf course.

The iconic building featured a landscaped 2000 square feet skybridge on the 16th floor linking the two towers.

The high rise residential towers featured a mix of 3BHK and 4BHK apartments.

Ninety percent of the homes had golf course views and seventy percent had vaastu favored North East entry.

The 32 storeyed towers had penthouses on the top two floors with expansive terraces and panoramic views of the surrounding development and the Yamuna riverfront.
